THE TRENT RIVERS TRUST
The Trent Rivers Trust is a registered charity employing a dedicated team of people who are passionate about rivers and the water environment.
The Trent Rivers Trust (TRT) leads positive action for people, places and wildlife along the rivers and streams of the Trent Catchment.
The TRT works with a variety of individuals and organisations to deliver exciting environmental projects on the river and in the catchment. We involve the community wherever possible to create a sense of ownership.
Our vision for the River Trent and its tributaries is to be rich in wildlife, habitats, landscape and historic features for the benefit of all, now and in the future.
Read about all the exciting projects we have delivered over the past year in our ANNUAL REVIEW and find out how we are making a difference to rivers and the surrounding catchment.
The River Trent is the third longest river in England and the second largest if measured in terms of flow. The Trent Rivers Trust works to highlight the many strengths and opportunities within the catchment, working to create new ways of securing the future of this important river and its tributaries for future generations.
